De-feathering chickeIMG_7114 (2)ns in our outdoor kitchen for the meal today for the workshop participants…

It brought back memories of days gone by for Linda, who used to help her family to “dress” chickens once a week for the local hospital!

Yesterday’s “mock electIMG_7108ion” during the workshop was fascinating. Even after the training, and help from the “international observers”, the percentage of proper votes was still less than ideal. Deciding by voting is certainly not an African way of doing things!
