Christmas Dinner

Celebrating the Birth of Jesus with our Africa Inland Church compound friends. The sheep was delicious with those unmentionable inner parts so finely diced up and blended with the delicious fat and skeletal meat that it demanded third helpings for Phil. Linda’s deliciously moist banana cake topped off the meal in a very non-Sudanese but appreciated way. (The Africans delight in sweet drinks (often 3-5 tsp of sugar in a small cup of tea) but seldom have and are not particularly fond of sweet foods, such as desserts.
